Shipping & Delivery
We ship products worldwide by DHL which ships to more than 190 countries worldwide.
❀ ┅ All "Made To Order" items take 2-3 weeks to be made.
❀ ┅ All "Ready To Ship" items will ship within 2-4 business.
Shipping time is approximately 4 business days one your order has been shipped. Production time may be extended during holiday periods. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us BEFORE ordering.
Production time frame does not include national holidays, religious holidays, extreme weather or other events outside of our control.
We use DHL for our shipping service which takes approximately 4-5 working days for delivery & a tracking number will be provided.
Remote Areas: Areas DHL classify as "remote" (some parts of Europe and Australia) will be shipped with EMS and take 7-10 business days for delivery.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the sale price & we are not responsible for these fees.
ATTENTION CANADA, UK & OTHER EUROPE BUYERS. Expect import duties to be applied by your government upon importation of your order. These duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
A telephone number is required for all orders. If you're not home when delivery is attempted, DHL will need to contact you. DHL do not normally leave packages unattended.
DHL require a signature for packages to prevent theft, if you would like to waive the signature requirement please make a note of this in your order notes.
Failure to collect your package may result in your order being returned to us. We do not authorise DHL to return packages as they charge us. Re-postage costs are the buyers responsibility & refunds will not be given. Actual shipping costs may vary from the published rates.
We are not liable for lost, damaged, stollen, delays in shipping times etc. In the event of delayed or lost packages we will do our upmost to help resolve the issue. Parcel insurance and any claims for loss & damages must be made by the buyer in their home country.
