Using Your Own Artwork
We specialize in printing custom logo’s, pictures and graphics to turn any of our stationery into your own branded products.
First Step
If you would like to use your own graphics / logo’s or add a
special message on your products please add a comment in the cart letting us
know you’ll be sending along your own artwork.

Submitting Artwork:
Please send all graphics to kokopaper@gmail.com along with your name,
order number and contact details so we can contact you should we have any questions.
Acceptable File Formats:
Graphics, logo’s and text should be send to us in one (or more) of the following formats.
- Corel Draw
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Photoshop Elements
- Adobe Illustrator
- JPEG file
Please ensure all graphics are in high resolution (at least 200 pixels per inch) for optimum printing results.
Low resolution graphics or PDF files may result in an undesired look.
Note to wholesale or corporate customers: If you require specific PMS colour matches, please provide us with a file created in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop along with the colour number. While colours are printed to your specification there may be slight variances due to the recycled paper. We can send you custom samples upon request.
